I am going to update my 2026 review. Another good visit from Underwood HVAC. Our service tech today was "Carlos." Very friendly, professional and helpful - explained everything that he would do and discussed the overall bill. I have spoken with 2 other people - Heater over the phone and the owner - Adam. Both very helpful and encouraging. I strongly recommend Underwood HVAC and I have told 3 people to use them. We are a Cub Club member and had our 1st / spring maintenance for 2026. The tech, Mara, was very friendly and explained everything as he was doing during this maintenance call. About 10+ photos were taken for documentation and showed how well the overall system is working correctly. The photos are sent to o my email. Overall we are very satisfied with Underwood with their original ok installation and follow up p maintenance. Our tech today, Mara, was very professional and a pleasure to have into our home. 5-13-2026. We purchased a condo in October 2024. The home inspector said to get on a yearly maintenance schedule. We looked at MANY HVAC - reading reviews, etc., and chose Underwood AC. We were NOT disappointed. The technician, Cris, came early, and was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything, made suggestions, took pictures, etc. I am very comfortable with Cris and at our next call in February with a follow up I will specifically ask for Cris only. We strongly recommend Underwood AC.

Had a heat pump system put in in Aug and had a problem which was immediately addressed by Underwood technicians, so I wanted to let the system run for a while before writing a review. The system has been running very well for over a month now, and we can't believe how quiet this Daikin heat pump system is both outside and extremely quiet inside. We are very happy with our new system. Thank you to the whole Underwood team. Excellent job.

Mara was fantastic and super helpful with my AC issue. She explained it and went over different options. I will for sure be calling underwood for any future AC needs!
