Had a heat pump system put in in Aug and had a problem which was immediately addressed by Underwood technicians, so I wanted to let the system run for a while before writing a review. The system has been running very well for over a month now, and we can't believe how quiet this Daikin heat pump system is both outside and extremely quiet inside. We are very happy with our new system. Thank you to the whole Underwood team. Excellent job.

I called Underwood AC after hearing about the company through the Four Corners Community Group. I must say that it is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with since moving to the area. My AC unit froze up on Sunday evening. I defrosted it and followed the recommended steps, but the temperature in the house remained above the thermostat setting and the system still was not cooling. Although I called Underwood AC after hours, I was able to schedule an appointment for the following afternoon. When Victor arrived, I explained the issues, and he thoroughly inspected the system. He was knowledgeable and approachable, and he answered all my questions clearly. He found a refrigerant leak in the outside unit. The AC and heating system that came with the house was more than 10 years old and, of course, out of warranty. I already knew I wanted to replace it because of the previous AC installer’s poor workmanship. The outside unit was also noisy and far too large for the small space beside the house. See the before-and-after pictures! Kenneth came out to discuss which type of system would be best for my house. He was also very knowledgeable and personable. We scheduled the installation for Thursday, and Victor made sure I had enough refrigerant to keep the existing system running until the new one could be installed. Carlos and Mason were today’s installers, and they were fabulous! They were extremely polite and helpful, demonstrated excellent workmanship, and went above and beyond to make the inside unit look great. I am so happy that I chose Underwood AC. I can’t thank the team enough for its professionalism, courtesy, great pricing, and commitment to ensuring that the work was top-notch!

I reached out to 2 other popular companies in the area to replace my condenser, both of them were only interested in replacing my whole system, air handling unit and all. Adam at Underwood AC did the extra leg work and found a compatible condenser to my air handling unit which SAVED ME THOUSANDS Of DOLLARS . They were very quick to respond and resolved my issue. Technician was on time; he was very professional and knowledgeable. This is the company I will be using from now on for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them. I also have them perform annual maintenance on my HVAC unit at a great price, they are very thorough in their inspections and service. Today March 9 2026 Mara came to do the maintenance service and did a great job. She explained everything that was included in the service took lots of pictures and offered recommendations. I liked the fact that she did not try to push anything and made everything easy and stress free.

The tech Alex did a great job for us. He quickly diagnosed the problem (the "dreaded compressor start capacitor") and got our system up and running in less than an hour, and for a fairly decent price ($288). Unsuspecting customers that aren't aware of this common problem and fix have been known to pay $500+
