Effective date: November 6, 2026

Underwood AC LLC, doing business as Underwood Air Conditioning and Heating (“Underwood AC,” “we,” “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit underwoodac.com, contact us, or use our services.

Information We Collect

Personal information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about your home and HVAC equipment, when you fill out a form, request a quote, book service, call or text us, or become a customer.

Service records: appointment history, equipment details, estimates, invoices and membership information.

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and similar data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries, provide quotes and schedule service
• To send appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, invoices and service reminders
• To manage memberships, warranties and financing applications you request
• To send marketing messages about our services and offers, if you agree to receive them
• To measure our advertising and improve our website and services

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business. These include our scheduling and customer-communication platform, payment processors, equipment manufacturers (for warranty registration), and financing companies when you apply for financing. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointments and service. If you opt in to marketing texts, we may also send you offers, seasonal reminders and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver our messages.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. See our SMS Terms for details.

Email

We may email you about your service and, from time to time, about offers and news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

Phone Calls

Calls to and from Underwood AC may be recorded and may be answered by an automated assistant, for quality, training and record-keeping purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly.

Your Choices

You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, or ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us below. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about service you have scheduled.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
