Important Terms & Conditions
By signing up for Cub Club, you certify that you have the authority to approve this work and have the ability to pay for the work. This agreement is effective for a period of 12 months and requires 12 equal monthly payments or may be paid-in-full yearly. Monthly payments will begin upon signing this Cub Club agreement. Should you choose to cancel this agreement, before 12 months have commenced, the remaining balance of this agreement is due in full at the time of cancellation. Should you choose the yearly pay-in-full option, and cancel the agreement prior to the completion date, no credit will be issued for any unused portion. This agreement will automatically renew annually. If you do not wish to renew after one year, notification of cancellation must be made 30-days in advance of any scheduled service by emailing us at [email protected] and verifying cancellation by calling our office at 407-379-2327. This agreement is in no way a warranty against future failure or an assurance that system failures will not occur. The purchaser should be aware that under Florida Law, Underwood AC LLC has the right to file a mechanics lien if payment is not made per the terms of this document.
