SMS Terms and Conditions

Underwood AC LLC, doing business as Underwood Air Conditioning and Heating (“Underwood AC”), sends text messages to customers who give us their mobile number.

Types of Messages

• Service messages: appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, estimates, invoices and service reminders.
• Marketing messages (only if you opt in): seasonal maintenance reminders, special offers and membership promotions.

How to Opt In

Check the text-message box on a form at underwoodac.com, reply YES to our opt-in text, or ask our team to send you an opt-in text. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop marketing texts. You can also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or call or email us. We will send one text confirming your request. You may still receive texts about service you have scheduled unless you ask us to stop those too.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
