We work with our homeowners & property managers ever step of the way. If you as a homeowner are unable to be present, we can call you while on-site or even send you a video of our findings. Furthermore, if preferred & requested, we can be in contact with your property manager!

If any minor repairs are needed, we will seek their immediate approval to proceed. And should your unit require any larger repairs, we will forward our recommendations to your property manager along with an estimate for that repair. They in turn will be in contact with you.
